Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the National Directorate of Fisheries and Protection of Fisheries Resources under the Ministry of Fisheries (DNPPRP). This Regulation, consisting of 3 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Directorate, entitled to control and enforce fishing policies, in terms of fishing, protection and development of fishery resources.
