Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Petroleum. This Regulation, consisting of 4 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Secretariat, a technical support service entitled to deal with the registration, follow-up and treatment of administrative, financial and logistical issues common to all other services of the Ministry of Mineral Resources and Petroleum, namely budget, heritage, and public relations.
