Abstract
This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the National Directorate of Mineral Resources of the Ministry of Mineral Resources and Petroleum (DNRM). This Regulation, consisting of 9 articles divided into four Chapters and two Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Directorate, as a direct executive service of the Ministry of Mineral Resources and Petroleum, responsible to perform the following activities: promotion, monitoring and orientation of geological and mining activities, and preparation of processes related to the licensing and geological cadastre of exploration and exploitation of National mineral resources.
