Executive Decree No. 66/21 approving the Regulation of the Directive Council of the Ministry of the Mineral Resources and Petroleum.

This Executive Decree approves the Regulation of the Directive Council of the Ministry of the Mineral Resources and Petroleum. This Regulation establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Council, which is the periodic consultation body of the related Ministerial Department. The Council is responsible to perform the following activities: a) give its opinion on the general policy issues of the Ministry and the Sector; b) assess the activity of the organs of the Ministry; e) pronounce on the internal organization of the Ministry; d) assess the performance of companies in the Sector and the Superintendent Bodies; e) give opinions on practical issues that, due to their importance, have an influence on the proper functioning of the Ministry's services; f) give opinions on draft laws and other diplomas related to the Sector's activity; g) give opinions on the socio-economic projects financed by the Sector, etc.
