Joint Executive Decree No. 313/17 creating the Public Water and Sanitation Agency of Lunda Norte (EPASLUNDA-NORTE-EP).

This Joint Executive Decree approves the Statute of the Public Water and Sanitation Agency of Lunda Norte (EPASLUNDA-NORTE-EP). The Statute, consisting of 47 articles divided into 6 Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Agency, entitled to manage public water supply and wastewater treatment systems within Lunda-Norte Province. EPASLUNDA-NORTE-EP may exercise ancillary or complementary activities related to its main object and establish with national or foreign entities the forms of association or cooperation that best enable the achievement of its corporate purpose. The exercise of said activities requires the prior authorization of the supervisory body, after hearing the Minister responsible for the Public Business Sector, upon a proposal from the Board of Directors. The Statute is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Organization and Functioning (Chap. II); Intervention of the Executive (Chap. III); Patrimonial and Financial Management (Chap. IV); Personnel (Chap. V); Final provisions (Chap. VI).
