Abstract
This Letter of Adhesion guarantees the fulfillment of the Kigali Amendment to the Montreal Protocol on the Protection of the Ozone Layer, which establishes a commitment to reduce consumption and production of Hydrofluorocarbons for all countries, and guarantees that it will be strictly observed.
