Abstract
This Ministerial Decision approves the Environmental Impact Assessment Unit (EIA). This Unit considers the EIA as environmental management instrument, whose annual report must be presented quarterly to the Minister of Environment for consideration, and the regulation will be adopted 30 days after its entry into force.
