Abstract
This Ministerial Decision approves the Environmental Impact Assessment Unit (EIA). This Unit considers the EIA as one of the main tools of environmental management, and shall submit quarterly to the appreciation of the Minister for the Environment, an activity report and whose regulations will be approved 30 days after its creation.
