Abstract
This Presidential Decision, consisting of 10 articles, creates the Multi-sectoral Commission for Revision and Extension of the vision of the Long-Term Development Strategy, coordinated by the Minister of Planning and Territorial Development. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Commission entitled to coordinate the review and extension of the Angola 2025 Long-term Development Strategy by 2050. The Coordinator of the Commission shall present to the holder of the Executive Branch the schedule of the actions to be developed, for their respective approval, within a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this Diploma. The Commission shall have a financial allocation in the budget of the ministerial department which oversees the Planning and Development Sector. The Commission may set up expert working groups, as well as hire specialized technical advisers from national or foreign context, necessary for the proper execution of the work. The Coordinator of the Committee shall submit quarterly detailed reports on the progress of the work to the Executive Branch.
