Abstract
This Presidential Decision updates the National Commission for monitoring and enforcing the Integrated Municipal Programmes for Rural Development and Poverty Reduction. This National Commission is coordinated by the Minister for the Family and Promotion of Women, which is entitled, among other tasks, to continue working in compliance with municipal rural development programmes, combating poverty through the national development and statistical plans and also to establish permanent mechanisms of articulation with the ministerial departments and other entities in order to deal with all the cross-cutting issues that integrate the municipal investment programmes.
