Abstract
This Presidential Decree establishes that the Integrated Programme for Local Development and the Fight against Poverty is coordinated by the Minister of State for Economic and Social Development within the framework of the Committee of Social Policy of the Council of Ministers. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the Programme Monitoring and Supervision Unit, entitled to ensure the continuity and monitoring of policies and strategies defined for its reduction, at the level of the whole national territory, taking advantage of the experiences and the intervention of all the organs of the State with responsibility and interest in the matter through the National Commission for the Fight against Poverty.
