Abstract
This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Cabinet for River Basin Management of Cunene, Cubango and Cuvelai (GABHIC). The Statute, consisting of 5 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Cabinet, as a legal person of public law, entitled to ensuring the integrated water resources management of the following river basin: Cunene, Cubango and Cuvelai.
