Abstract
This Presidential Decree amends Presidential Decree No. 202/19 on the State's Local Administration Law. Amendments concern the competences of the Provincial Governor, Provincial Office for Integrated Economic Development, structure of the Municipal Administration, Municipal Directorate of Inspection and Inspection of economic activities and food security, adding -Article (90-A) on the Municipal Inspection Directorate for which the references made in Articles 91, 93 and 96, referring exclusively to the Municipal Inspection Directorate. In addition, it repeals the Rectification No. 28/19 of 2 September, which corrects it in the part concerning the Provincial Office for Integrated Economic Development, for having been inaccurate.
