Abstract
This Decree approves the Statute of the Maritime and Port Institution of Angola (IMPA). The Statute, consisting of five Chapters and two Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Maritime and Port Institution, entitled to: implement, coordinate, direct, control, monitor, license and regulate any activity related to maritime and harbour sectors within the territory under Angolan jurisdiction.
