Abstract
This Letter ratifies the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The National Assembly, in accordance with the combined provisions of article 161 k) and article 166 f), both of the Constitution of the Republic of Angola, approved, for Accession, by the Republic of Angola the Kyoto Protocol to the Framework Convention of the United Nations on Climate Change, through Resolution No. 14/07 of 28 March, in compliance with the legal formalities necessary for its Ratification.
