Abstract
An Ordinance by the Federal Minister of Agriculture and Forestry whereby it is established that if a new plant protection product already in use in the Federal Republic of Germany has to be authorized in Austria, all relevant admission papers to be examined by the Austrian counterpart will be submitted by the competent German Health Authority. Moreover, the applicant of a plant protection product must produce a study comparing the German authorization requirements to those in force in Austria. The Ordinance consists of 2 articles.
