Abstract
Article 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that under the name of “Agrarmarkt Austria” (AMA) a legal person with its Headquarters in Vienna is established. It replaces the Milk Fund, the Corn Fund, the Cattle and Meat Commission. The text consists of 44 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Responsibilities (1); Purpose of contributions (2); Personnel (3).
