Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions concerning an emergency programme to control bluetongue in livestock. Article 2 establishes the periodical examination of cattle, goats and sheep. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Emergency programme (2); Final provisions (3).
