Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Bluetongue Emergency Programme Ordinance (BGBl. I No. 158/2007). In particular, the Ordinance amends article 3 concerning marking of animals; article 4 on sampling and examinations according to a plan; article 5 on sampling and examination of animals; and article 8 concerning obligatory notification of the national testing laboratory.
