Abstract
An Act to protect human beings and the environment from harmful substances used in plant protection products. It consists of 8 articles. Article 3 defines the meaning of "very poisonous","poisonous" and "less poisonous products". Pesticides are to be used in such a way as to avoid a danger to the life or to the health of human beings. Every farmer using such products must enter in a register the amounts used. Plant protection products are to be used only by experts. The keeping and the storage of such products must be effected in closed undamaged containers and out of reach of unauthorized persons.
