Abstract
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Carinthia Chemicals Law (LGBl. 31/1991). In particular, the Law rewords article 1 on objectives of the Law; article 3 concerning definition of terms; article 4 on the use of plant protection products. Moreover, the Law adds article 12a on measures to be taken; article 12b on sequestration; and article 12c on duty to report and transmission of data.
