Abstract
The present Act regulates the creation of frameworks to support the production of environmentally-friendly energy in already existing CHP (combined heat and power) plants by allocating scores to highly-efficient energy producers without using public funding. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); CHP sector organization and industry standards (2) ; Frameworks for industry standards (3); Transitional and final provisions (4).
