Condensed and Dried Milk Powder Ordinance.

An Ordinance regulating quality standards for condensed and dried milk. It contains at the outset a definition clause of the various terms employed such as, "dried milk", "condensed milk", etc. According to article 5 milk must be processed in such a way as not to harm the consumer. The specific requirements for condensed milk with and without sugar are mentioned, respectively, in articles 6 and 7. Those for dried milk are prescribed by article 8. Finally, article 10 deals with labelling and packing conditions. The Ordinance consists of 11 articles and 1 Annex laying down sampling and analysing methods.
