Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Waste Ordinance. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 27 dealing with European Directives; a paragraph 13 is added to article 28 concerning Annex 2a listing materials to be banned for production of electrical and electronic equipment.
