Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Energy Efficiency Act (BGBl. I Nr. 72/2014). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to guidelines for the activity of the Austrian Energy Agency. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Measurement and assessment methods (2); Development of energy efficiency and individual assessment methods (3); Energy efficiency methods and individual reviews (4); Energy efficiency measures (5) Final provisions (6).
