Abstract
The present Act introduces, inter alia, some substantial amendments to the Mineral Raw Material Act (BGBl. I, No. 38/1998). In particular, the Act amends, inter alia, article 116 laying down provisions relating to emissions occurring when extracting minerals.
Furthermore, the present Act introduces some amendments to the Combustion Plants Emission Protection Act (BGBl.I, No. 84/2006).
