Abstract
The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Mineral raw Material Act (BGBl. I, No. 38/1998). The Act adds, inter alia, article 120a on «Definitions of terms for IPPC installations». Articles 121bis to 121f are replaced by article 121 on «Measures for IPPC installations»; article 182 on «Security measures to control major accident hazards involving dangerous substances». Article 222b on «Reports in offshore oil and gas activities» is added.
