Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Navigation Act (BGBl. I No. 62/1997). In particular, the Ordinance rewords article 24 concerning inland navigation-information services; as well as article 57 on the handling of hazardous liquid substances and article 120 dealing with the issuing of permits by the Federal Minister for Traffic, Innovation and Technology.
