Abstract
The present Act regulates the use of funds relating to article 21 of the Federal Energy Efficiency Act. In particular, the Act establishes a Commission responsible for the allocation of funds made available under the Energy Efficiency Promotion Programme. Potential areas for funding include energy efficiency measures in public buildings and housing. The text consists of 10 articles.
