Abstract
An Act to regulate the legal status of the Federal Forestry. A Ges.m.b.H. styled as "Austrian Federal Forestry", is established to carry on the tasks of the Federal Institute of Austrian Forestry. Article 5 sets out the aim of this body. For example, it deals with conservation of the soil, quality of drinking water, agriculture, etc. The Act consists of 5 articles.
The amendments of the Plant Protection Act 1995 (BGBl. No. 532/1995) and of the Vine Plants Act 1996 (BGBl. No. 418/1996) concern registration fees.
