Abstract
The present Ordinance lists in Annex 1 the authorized types of fertilizers and its requirements. Fertilizers are admitted for marketing only if their content of heavy metal does not exceed the established maximum amounts indicated in article 2. Moreover, they have to be packed and labelled according to certain requirements as set out in articles 3 and 4. The Ordinance consists of 12 articles divided into 4 chapters as follows: General provisions (1); Special labelling requirements (2); Other provisions (3); Final provisions (4). Four Annexes are enclosed.
