Abstract
An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry to implement article 18 (2)of the Fertilizers Act (BGBl. No. 513/1994). Article 1 establishes that for services rendered by controlling bodies, such as taking samples, a fee of 700 ATS has to be paid for each lot. The Ordinance consists of 2 articles.
