Abstract
An Ordinance to regulate in details the examination of game for slaughtering and of meat examination. The Ordinance defines at the outset the term "game". Part 2 contains specific hygienic requirements for game processing plants. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles divided into 2 Parts.
