Meat Inspection Amendment Ordinance.

The Ordinance amends the Meat Inspection Ordinance (BGBl. No. 395/1994). The amendments deal with article 4 concerning authorization for slaughtering; articles 27a and 27b are added to article 27. Furthermore, also article 29, dealing with hygienic control of meat, is amended. Moreover, the said Ordinance amends the Fresh Meat Hygiene Ordinance (BGBl. No. 396/1994). The amendment deals, inter alia, with article 10 concerning packing material for fresh meat. Finally, also amended are the Ordinances No. 399/1994 on Examination of Meat of Game, and the Ordinance No. 401/1994 on Rabbit Meat and the Ordinance No. 403/1994 on Poultry Meat.
