Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to secure the protection of persons and the environment from exposure to harmful ionising and non-ionising radiation to the maximum extent that is reasonably practicable. It consists of 96 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Protection of life and health (2); Radioactive substances (3); Radiation equipment( (4); Research reactors (5); Central radiation register (6); Final provisions (7). Twelve Annexes are enclosed.
