Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the General Radiation Ordinance (BGBl. II No. 191/2006) and the Radioactive Waste Transfer Ordinance 2009 (BGBl. II No. 47/2009). In particular, the Ordinance adds to Part 3 of the afore-mentioned General Radiation Ordinance a chapter 6 on Installations for the disposal of radioactive waste; also article 42a on Education and training in the field of waste management facilities is added.
Furthermore, the Ordinance adds article 6a on Special provisions for the transport to final disposal places to the afore-mentioned Radioactive Waste Transfer Ordinance.
