Abstract
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Carinthia Electricity Industry Organization Law (LGBl. No. 24/2006). In particular, the Law adds article 31a on long term planning; article 45a on electricity supply; article 45b on general conditions for electricity distribution; article 46a on financial means for electricity production; article 46b on criteria for efficiency grades; article 46c on certificate of origin; article 46d on recognition of certification from other countries; and 46e on reports.
