Abstract
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Vienna Animal Protection and Animal Keeping Act (LGBl. No. 39/1987). In particular, it rewords, inter alia, article 1 on General provisions; article 2 on Definition of terms; article 3 on Principles of animal keeping; article 4 on Prohibition of keeping animals; article 5 on Keeping of domestic animals; article 8 on Keeping of dangerous animals; article 9 on Authorities; article 11 on Participation of the police and other authorities; article 12 on Transportation; article 13 on Penalties; article 15 on Transitional provisions.
