The present Act introduces some amendments to the Vienna Environment Information Act (LGBl. No. 15/2001). In particular, it rewords article 1 on the purpose of the Act; article 2 on Environmental information; article 3 on Authorities bound to provide information; article 4 on Free access to environmental information; article 5 on Duty to provide information; article 6 on restrictions of information and grounds to deny information in particular cases; article 8 on Protection of industrial secrecy article 9 on Legal aid; article 10 on Publication of environmental information and the Environmental Information System of Vienna.
