Abstract
The present Law introduces some amendments to the Vienna Plant Protection Law. In particular, the Law amends article 9establishing that the regional government shall transfer tasks in the field of plant protection to competent bodies, article 9a concerning the transfer of data; article 11 laying down provisions relating to reference to community directives. The text consists of 2 articles.
