Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of plants. Owners of plant cultivations are due to keep them free from harmful organisms. The text deals, inter alia, with the following issues: fight against plant diseases and harmful organisms affecting fruit trees; fight against potato diseases; fight against tobacco disease; fight against virus diseases affecting fruit trees, implementation of EU-guidelines and penalties. The text consists of 65 articles divided into 10 Parts.
