Abstract
This Regulation provides measures for the control of harmful organism (causative agent of bacterial fire blight) in the plants. The text requires obligation to report by the persons who own, use crops, lease and have other rights of disposal. The Regulation describes measures in case of suspicion of the presence of the harmful organism and requirements to take restrictive zoning strategies for the infested zone. The text further establishes measures against the occurrence and spread of the corn root-worm and its controlling. The Regulation refers as well to the fees for inspections of prescribed safety measures and implementation of relevant EU Regulations. The text consists of 42 Articles divided into 9 Chapters and has 4 Attachments.
