Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Executive Board of E-Control concerns the reporting of data for the preparation of steering measures to ensure the supply of natural gas and implementation of a monitoring of supply security in the natural gas sector. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Current and historical data (2); Previews (3); Data transmissions for district heating (4); Arrangements for the crisis (5); Information obligation in the event of congestion (6); Extended data reporting in the event of congestion (7); Exercises (8); Data transmission (9); Entry into force (10).
