Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Biocidal Products Tariff Ordinance II (BGBl. II No. 392/2005). In particular, the Ordinance amends chapters IV, IVA and VA of the Annex laying down tariffs for activities carried out by competent authorities.
