Abstract
The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Biocidal Products Tariff Ordinance II (BGBl. II No. 392/2005). In particular, the Ordinance amends Parts I, I A, I B, I C, II, II A, II B, II C, III und III A of the Annex laying down tariffs for activities carried out by competent authorities.
