The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance 2003 (BGBl. II No. 477/2003). In particular, an article 6a concerning nonylphenol and nonylphenolethoxylate is added, as well as an article 19a dealing with cement.
