Abstract
The present Ordinance implements article 3, paragraph 2, of the Chemicals Act 1996 (BGBl. I No. 108/2001). It establishes prohibtions and limitations regarding the production, bringing into circulation and use of certain substances, preparations and finished products dangerous according to article 3 of the said Act or whose production and bringing into circulation may bring about risks. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Sphere of application (I); Dispositions for certain dangerous substances (II); Dispositions concernig use of dangerous substances (III); Entry into force (IV). Two Annexes are enclosed.
