The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources introduces some amendments to the Chemical Prohibitions Ordinance 2003 (BGBl. II, No. 477). In particular, an article 18b on mercury is added; as well as article 27 on implementation of Community legislation.
