Abstract
The present Ordinance introduces some substantial amendments to the National Water Management Plant 2009. In particular, the Ordinance rewords the title of Part 2.1 «Realisation of objectives of the National Water Management Plan through special measures»; article 1 of this Part shall read: «Special measures for the gradual achievement of objectives».Also Annex 1 on Surface waters – significantly altered water bodies; and Annex 2 on Surface waters – artificial water bodies are amended.
