Abstract
The amendments of the Ordinance on Quality Regulations for Fruit and Vegetables (BGBl. No. 577/1995) concern article 1 which reads as follows: "The regulations of this Ordinance are directed to the implementation of the EC Directive No. 2200/96 by the Council of 28 October 1996 on the common market organization for fruit and vegetables, AB1.EG Nr. L297." Moreover, in article 2 the expression "Ordinance (EEC) No. 1035/72" is replaced by "Ordinance (EC) No. 2200/96".
